This one is going to be a bit special. Join whisky writer Tom Pattinson, who writes about spirits for The Observer and runs Barley Magazine, for a dinner accompanied by a line-up of exceptional Japanese whiskies drawn from his private collection. We’ll be pouring bottles from some of Japan’s best-known whisky houses, including Hibiki and Nikka, alongside a special anniversary edition from Yamazaki and an outstanding bottle from Kanosuke, one of the most exciting names in the new generation of Japanese whisky. Expect a chance to taste bottles you are unlikely to find together anywhere else, paired with dinner and plenty of stories about the distilleries, people and places behind them.
