A meeting of English vineyards and Sichuan soul — five wines, five stories of fire and finesse. Join us for an intimate winemaker’s dinner hosted by Nick Williams of Williams Family Wines. Nick will share his philosophy, vineyard stories and walk us through a curated selection of his English wines — each paired with a bespoke dish from our kitchen. Expect expressive wines, Sichuan-inspired flavours, and relaxed conversation in a warm, festive atmosphere. Five courses, five wines, one unforgettable evening celebrating the creativity of English wine and the spice-driven soul of Mala Dragon.
